This is the dress that warmed my heart. It took me 6 months to decide which dress I wanted and then at the last minute I saw this one and ordered it. This dress was ordered on 6/17/23 and it arrived 7/5/23, this was a very fair process didn't take long at all.I am curvy and top heavy(for reference I wear a 38DDD). I am usually a US size 16, however, per the measurements on the sizing chart I was recommended to order a size 18W. I made the decision to order a size 16W because I am in the process of losing weight as I have already lost 8lbs.I tried on the dress and I was skeptical at first because the chest area was odd. The cups that they provided are kind of small and there is a middle bone part that kept bending but I assume that's from the dress being folded during shipping. Once the dress was zipped up it came to life. It's a beautiful dress. It is extremely long. I am 5'1 and am only wearing 2.5-2.8 heels. The lining of the dress is ridiculously long so I definitely recommend getting some length alterations if you are short and not wearing higher heels.Because I chose to go down a size than what was recommended, the back was unable to zip up all the way, the cups don't quite fit and the arm straps are a little snug. For me this is okay because I knew what I was getting myself into since I decided to go down a size due to my continuation of losing weight. If you're not wanting to lose weight and would like to purchase a dress in your normal size, please adhere to the sizing chart that's provided or get your exact measurements so that it fits perfectly!My wedding is this Fall and I am hoping to lose up to 15-20lbs before I take my dress to get altered as I will need it taken in, shorter length and new cups placed.This dress is extremely beautiful! I'm happy with my purchase and I will be ordering another dress for my reception.I hope my review was helpful!
