At first I was really worried about ordering from this site because I saw a lot of negative reviews and BBB complaints about the service, but I also saw good reviews, so I decided to take a chance. If you decide to purchase from the site, I highly recommend you create an account with the site first. I didnt do that before I placed my order, and I didnt receive my order confirmation in my email after I left the site. Thankfully I was able to contact customer service, provided my email address, and received confirmation from them. Youll also want to provide at least 5 weeks processing time from the day you place your order. If youre looking for a dress quick, this is not the place to order from. I was concerned that the dress wouldnt make it in time for my daughters prom, but thankfully it did. I dont know if they expedited shipment, but I was able to track it. It left China on a Thursday, and I received it by Monday. I live near St. Louis, MO. The dress is pretty true to size. My daughter is 54, about 112 lbs, 34A bust, 27 waist and the size 4 was just about right. There was just a tiny bit of wiggle room so we tailored it for a more snug fit. Theres a little bit of weight to it so the snug fit around the torso relieves a little bit of the stress from the spaghetti straps too. Overall, very happy with the purchase! If youre worried about purchasing from this site, theres no need to be. I was hoping to grab a better picture to post but my daughter was rushing to meet her friends. This one is without the heels.
