My dress arrived and is outstandingly beautiful. I ordered much later than I should have, I didn’t read the details well enough. I contacted customer support for an update and explaining my mistake. Their customer service went above and beyond to help me. Hands down, the best, most accommodating customer service team I have ever encountered! Will definitely be purchasing from here again…and paying attention to my timelines better.
