Dress fits great and did not need to altered. She wears a size 8 and we bought a size 8. She is wearing 3 inch heals. She has a petticoat under neath. I bought the one they suggested but it had the plastic hoops and there was no way she could wear this to prom so we went with a style without the plastic hoops.
